Instructions for Accessing Digital Content

Shalom, everyone!

We strive to provide resources for learning in the convenience of your own homes.
This means that our subscriptions and other various digital content are made available to you on our website.


Accessing these various resources can seem overwhelming but are easy to learn and I will provide various steps.

When purchasing Digital Products (PDFs) from the Store:

1.) After purchasing the product, you can login to the website and view your dashboard.
2.) If you have a digital download, you can go to your downloads tab, and you should see the title of your purchase, click on it. (These are normally PDF files. Since videos are very large files, we use a separate system for watching and downloading videos.)
3.) Click on your files and download to your device.

You can also view products to download in the shop tab on your login dashboard using the same methods as above.

When purchasing subscription services & digital content (videos):

1.) Purchase Service via the checkout system.
2.) Login from the top navigation menu under the “Subscriber’s Only Area” tab.
3.) You will see a link within the menu there called “Paid Content & Digital Downloads”. All of your paid content & videos can be viewed there. We use a “blog-like” post system for all paid content. This means that each time we release a new video, a new post is made for you that allows you to navigate the website easily without hassle. Everything is in one place here.

UPDATING PERSONAL ACCOUNT INFO/PAYMENT METHODS

You can always update or cancel anything you need from your Account dashboard. You may also update payment methods, shipping & billing addresses and more.

If videos are not working, or you have a problem with the videos or links, please email our technical support at: tech@seventyfacesoftorah.com and we will help you as soon as we can.

Please note- we do not offer refunds on digital goods due to the nature of these goods. If you are having a hard time navigating the site or downloading, watching…etc, it doesn’t matter, please send us an email so we can help. If you do not let us know their is a problem, we can not help and it serves no one to be upset or get worked up over technical issues which always have a solution.

This is not the same as a billing issue or overcharge for an item. If those kinds of billing issues occur, please contact us right away so we can correct the problem.
